Page refers to an event, not a miniseries (2024 Republican National Convention)

2024 Republican National Convention

Five different distributors are listed for this miniseries: CBS, CNN, Fox News Network, Max and Newsmax Media. (I'm not sure, but Max and Newsmax Media may refer to the same company.) Each of these networks presented its own coverage of the event, each with different cameras, different editing, different interruptions, different lengths and even different titles.

In other words, the page refers to the event itself—the 2024 Republican National Convention—not any specific show that was covering the event.

What should be done about this? The contributor worked hard on this, and the information is valuable—but this page is for an event. The five (four?) different networks were giving us five very similar, but still distinct, shows. I believe one or more of the networks didn't even cover all four days of the event.

One solution may be to treat this page as the Fox News coverage. I'm certain Fox covered all four days, but I'm not sure what the exact title of their series was—and I don't have any specific information on how their coverage differed from that of other networks.

Hi @jay_spirit -

We will ask our policy team if this title is eligible.

Thanks!

@Bethanny Thank you.

I just noticed that the hosts listed are for the Fox News production, so if you treat it like a Fox News miniseries, then the only thing you would have to do is delete the other distributors.
