Page created by unrelated individual. I am the true owner
I am the true owner of a content (Movie). But the page has been created by a fan and data is incorrect. How can I claim the page and edit details myself. I have the proofs that I am the content creator or the copyright owner

You can’t really ”claim” a regular IMDb title page. Submitting credits/info is open for everyone (it’s then another matter whether that info is approved or declined by the IMDb data editors).
