Outdated trailer

I understand that production companies are the ones who usually do this, but last I reached out to them, they said that they weren’t too familiar with the Scorecard program. They uploaded two trailers to a title and haven’t updated it since.

I was wondering if I could request this trailer to be uploaded to this title

or if I should contact the company and request an update (let it be known that last time I did this, it took over a month, which is the main reason I am asking here).
