“Other” Category in Parents’ Guide

I think there should be an “Other” category in Parents’ Guides for things some people may find objectionable which don’t necessarily fall into the categories already present.

One example of content that might go into the “Other” category would be homosexual or transgender content. You can call Christians and Muslims bigots all you want, but the fact is that they have every right to be informed about potentially offensive content as everyone else. Otherwise, it seems like you want to trick them into seeing content they don’t wish to see.

I don't think this is a good idea because everything can be considered objectionable. Some people object to homosexual content, some people object to (non-critical) religious content, some people object to all-white or all-black casts and so on and so on.

That said, there are keywords that give information about the issues you mention: https://www.imdb.com/find?s=kw&q=homosexual and https://www.imdb.com/find?s=kw&q=transgender
