Order number correction declined leaving gap and duplicate

https://contribute.imdb.com/contribution/211127-225519-883000 one of corrections to the order numbers was declined but the others were accepted leaving a duplicate and a gap. This is the order for the judges on Strictly Come Dancing Week 10

The order had been added as: Shirley Ballas 4, Anton Du Beke 5, Craig Revel Norwood 6, Cynthia Erivo 7. The actual order in which they entered and were announced was Shirley, Cynthia, Anton, Craig. The corrections Anton was 5 is 6 and Craig was 6 is 7 were accepted but the Cynthia was 7 is 5 was declined leaving no 5 but two 7s.

It is not obvious how to provide evidence for the order in which people enter and are announced by one of the hosts. The names do not appear on screen.

I suspect that this may be another 'copy existing credits' issue. Cynthia stood in for Craig the week before an took his usual position of 7. This week she stood in for Motsi Mabuse and took her usual position of 5. Copying the existing credit and then not bothering to correct the order would leave Cynthia at 7. This lazy copying happens every week for Dave Arch. I have had to correct his order number from 8 to the correct value for the week many times.

I suspect that whoever is adding the cast credits is just copying existing credits without bothering to fix them to be correct for the current episode. I usually have to add the order numbers for the contestants, their professional partners and anybody else who is named either on screen or in an announcement.
