"Operation Fortune: Ruse de guerre" cannot be rated yet - pre-premiered in normal Dutch cinema's already
Hi,
can "Operation Fortune: Ruse de guerre" be opened to submit a rating?
In Dutch cinema's the movie has already been pre-premiered.
I guess the rating cannot be submitted yet because of the official IMDB premiere date of January 12th 2023.

If by pre-premiere you mean sneak previews, these don't count as release moments as per IMDb's purposes. So if a film has only been shown via sneak previews, you can't vote for it at that moment as it hasn't been released yet.
