Ongoing submission bot problem that the redesign didn't correct

When only the year is given for a release date, trying to give more precision to the date (i.e., month and day), the submission is often rejected. Here's today's example edited to condense space: Updating Information for "POV Shorts" (2018) {Our Motherland Fantasy Nightmare (#5.2)} Action Country Date Release Types New #1 USA 13 February 2023 Broadcast on TV Additional information Not required Please explain why this item is being added. Explanation: https://www.pbs.org/video/pov-shorts-our-motherland-fantasy-nightmare-3lw6nv/ Also, from today's TV Guide/TV Listings: Our Motherland Fantasy Nightmare Season 5 , Episode 2 Aired Feb 13, 2023 TV-14 STEREO • CC • DVS Two families experience homeland violence across generations in "Call Me Anytime, I'm Not Leaving the House" and "Freedom Swimmer." Today at 11:00 PM Find it on 8 KUHT 1008 KUHTDT (optional) This item has been rejected. You need to correct this item before it will be accepted. Duplicate release date. It looks like you are attempting to add a wide release date for country USA. However we already have a date live for this country. Please review the existing data and if necessary, correct. I submitted this as a release date addition rather than a correction because the date in the entry is a year earlier than the shown-on-TV date I'm submitting, so who's to say that the existing 2022 date wasn't at some showing at a film festival, for example, but not on my submission's 2023 shown-on-TV date? Unlikely, I'd say, given the carrying POV series. I suspect that 2202 is more likely a production or copyright date.

Hi Hallmarkie- Thank you for reporting! In this case, we recommend to submit the correction instead and you can add this same explanation. Once you submit it you can post the reference number here and our staff can review it. Cheers!
