One of the Credits I Included In my Submission was Declined. How can I fix this?

While submitting the credits for the short film I produced, I included a voice acting credit for two background characters.

When I "tracked the contribution," it stated, "Your contribution has been declined. We did not capture a specific reason during processing."

In the credits for the film, we grouped the two characters and called them "Grocery Ladies." Could this be why it was declined? Do I need to list them separately?

How can I fix this and ensure the actress receives her credit?

Aha! I found the answer. Apparently cast credits shouldn't be uploaded separately. All roles performed by an actor need to be included under that actor's single name. So if anyone else runs into this issue when crediting an actor who performed multiple roles , just edit the credits like:

John Doe       Minion/ Pilot/ Landshark

Well, this is a pretty basic stuff, to be honest. Obviously each person should be listed only once in the credits list.

Also, if two (different) persons played ”Grocery Ladies”, they both should be added separately:

Doe, Jane … Grocery Lady

Doe, Janette … Grocery Lady
