"One Froggy Evening" quote not posted.
Hi, I submitted 230227-143751-399000 to add the lyrics from Rossini's "Largo al Factotum" from "The Barber of Seville" that the frog sings in the park, as it's a hilarious scene, one of Warner Brother's best, but it hasn't been posted to the quotes page. The other song lyrics have been posted (well, except for the unsettling "Be My Little Girl" song), but not this one. Is it not posted because the lyrics are in Italian, unlike the other lyrics from the other songs? Steve

This isn't really responsive to your question, but I have a couple of comments: The frog actually sings eight songs in "One Froggy Evening", only four of which have been posted on the quotes page at https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0048449/quotes. Besides "Largo al factotum" and "Won't You Come Over to My House", the other two songs not quoted on IMDb's quotes page are "I'm Just Wild About Harry" and "Please Don't Talk About Me When I'm Gone".

Hi sr98sr- Thank you for posting the submission reference number! I have taken a further look at it and the reason why it hasn't been posted is because it was declined. As you mentioned, I can see you submitted these quoted lyrics in Italian and as per our Quote guidelines, all quotes should be submitted in English. I encourage you to make the respective changes and then re-submit it so that our editors can take another look. Let us know if you have any further questions/issues! Cheers!

Hi Maya. The lyrics are from the Italian opera I cited and that's how they appear in the short therefore I will not-resubmit with the lyrics translated into English. Thanks for the response! sr98sr
