Once Again, Sonic Forces Archive Sound Credits are being Rejected

I'm going to make a post about this first thing before trying to fix this on my own.

I previously had an issue of getting certain uncredited sound archive roles accepted for some titles of mine, and now it looks like it's happening again. For the episode "Sparring Partners" in the title "The Rookie Chronicles Short Stories," I tried to submit uncredited sound archive roles (for the title/episode in question has a logo sequence at the end that uses voice lines from the game "Sonic Forces"); once again, Quinton Flynn, Cindy Robinson, and Colleen O'Shaughnessey have been accepted, but Matthew Mercer, Keith Silverstein, Travis Willingham, and Roger Craig Smith are not.

Once again, I'm wondering if I need to submit certain evidence (like screenshots of the clip in question with captions compared to screenshots of the corresponding clips in Sonic Forces, alongside the timestamps I already provided), but like last time, I don't know if that would do any good in getting the remaining roles accepted. Can any one of you help me figure this out?
