old poster still showing on IMDB browser version although changed on pro

The film I am involved with changed its name and key art; an updated poster was successfully uploaded to IMDB pro on 5 Sept and it shows that poster... however we are a couple of weeks on and the browser/web version standard IMDB (and standard app) still has the old poster (with old title) still showing which is causing issues... tried reporting the image in case that helped... but no change...  seems ridiculously difficult to make sure the poster is up to date across the board... the film has recently released on Amazon and it needs to be consistent and show the correct title...
