Obtaining a Title Scorecard for Indie Film

Hello, 

We are trying to obtain a title scorecard so we can upload the trailer for our independent film. However, we are unable to meet the requirement that the production company's email address match the company domain because our production company is a small independent production company and uses Gmail addresses rather than a custom company domain. 

We have met all of the other eligibility requirements for obtaining a title scorecard. Is there an alternative way to verify our production company or obtain a scorecard in this situation?
