Obtain permission to use a review in a book

Jessica Rains and I are currently in the midst of penning a book about her dad, Claude Rains, and the projects he worked on that were marked by

his character's magic or mayhem.  I want to quote a review on Claude's Dr. Kildare TV episode, "Why Won't Anybody Listen?," but don't know how to make contact with the reviewer. Can anyone help me out by giving me the usual imdb.com procedure for doing so?
