Not sure why my ratings change keeps getting rejected

I was trying to update the rating for the show Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man to TV-PG since that was what is shown on it's Disney Plus page. I gave a link to it when I was providing an explanation and it was rejected, reason being that it was "unable to verify". I don't know what other evidence would be sufficient other than a link to where it is rated, so any help would be appreciated
