Not poster image is displaying as my title

It has been two days now, i uploaded two images on my titles and it's only showing at the down of my title instead of my title itself.

Please can you  help me out?

And secondly I mentioned my 2 titles names at the first introduction of my biography and I don't know why it's not reflecting as BLUE LINK.

Hi @realpenpencil -

In order for our staff to take a look, can you post the 18-digit submission reference numbers for these image updates?

For the title's mentioned in your Bio, you will need to submit a Bio update and hyperlink the titles.  You can find information on how to update you Bio on our Help Guide and more specifically, how to hyperlink titles on this Help Article.

Eventually IMDb has added my poster to my  #1 Title for me 🥰.

Please I went to read the help article and I still don't know how to implement the hyperlink.

I would be greatfull if you can update my biography with the 2 titles to be in my biography first introduction 🥰.

Those are the links:

Link to my IMDb page

https://m.imdb.com/name/nm14575055/

Link of my 2 Titles
 https://m.imdb.com/title/tt26769440/?ref_=nm_knf_i_1

@realpenpencil Hi-

In order to change the titles to the hyperlink, I would suggest you submit a correction for the mini-bio that is already live.

When hyperlinking name pages or title pages on IMDb, in this case, for these films that you want to mention you will put it following this format: [link=title number].

For example, this is how that part looks like right now:

"famously known for: Bright Komla: Di Ghanaian dancing artist (2019) and Fast-rising artist Realpen Pencil surprises Kwaw Kese at KwawKese For Real launch (2017) (TV)"

You will correct it like this:

"famously known for: [link=tt26769440] and [link=tt26776894]"

After making these small corrections, you can go ahead and re-submit it for revision.

Let us know if you have any further questions/issues!

Cheers!

@Maya please I have 3 more questions.

Please can I use the article news that I got featured in but there's not a video on the site. There's only a picture of me and an article written about me. Please can I use such links to also create TITLES?

I so far uploaded 20 links in my IMDb Pro News section. If you go to other people's IMDb Pro News section, the news they got featured is being displayed as a real News. Please can you tell me the reason why it's not appearing like a real News in my IMDb Pro News section?

My STARmeter was 2.8 million one week ago when I first started and it went all the way to 38,112 STARmeter. Please can you tell me what made it to be this result?

And how can I make it to the TOP 5 Starmeter of the week including how many starmeter I need?

I'm looking forward to hear from you....

@realpenpencil Hi-

My sincere apologies for the delayed reply and an updated information on this issue. We are working through a backlog of threads.

To answer your questions:

1) In order to have a new title approved, correct, you will have to provide further online sources to help us verify the title eligibility. Some examples (trailers, production stills, behind the scenes footage/pictures, third party news articles...).

For more detailed information on new title verifications, you can review our following Help Guide.

2) As per the News section, we can only link news articles to a page where the name is referenced in the short article we've received. This means, if an article mentions a person's name, but the short teaser we have on IMDb does not - then we're unable to link these together and this is why they don't appear.

For more detailed information on the News section and how to contact customer support team, you are welcome to review our following Help Guide.

3) STARmeter rankings are based on several statistical indicators, including the frequency and number of people who access your page or credits on IMDb. This produces significant changes on your rank which is why you see increases or decreases in your STARMeter ranking.

For more detailed information on how STARMeter rankings work and why they change weekly, you are welcome to review this other Help Guide.

Let us know if you have further questions!

Cheers!
