not getting credits

I have submitted my credits several times and and have received a contribution confirmation but it is still pending... I have been trying since end of Aug.

yes the reference number is

220904-192827-887000

there are more references numbers but I think you will find the issue with these numbers.

i have tracked the contribution and it is declined. I attached call sheets and contracts. what more do you need..

We are so sorry for the late response, we are working through a backlog, at first this credits were not accepted because no evidence was provided, I do see you provided evidence afterwards and they are now live on the site.
