Not allowing my updates

Hi,

I wondered if someone could help me. I keep getting the below when I add a contribution to my IMDb account. I have provided evidence (a screenshot of the credits);

Unfortunately, we were unable to accept your submission as we were unable to verify the information provided.

Does anyone have any idea what I can do to update and correct my profile?

The other one, I can't seem to find the receipt. I'll try again on that one.
