Non-representative images declined for removal

Hi there,

My series LARPs, which was illegally pirated and uploaded to Amazon UK several years back (it has since been removed and replaced with through proper distribution) still has screenshots on our official IMDb page. These pictures, which were severely manipulated (cropped, contrast, saturation), look terrible and do not reflect the actual quality of our project. I've added 2 examples below.

I put in requests for over twenty of these pictures to be removed, all were declined. Is there another way around this? It's embarrassing (and possibly harmful to our brand) for potential fans of our content to be viewing these images on our page.

So many people trust IMDb as a space for reviews of content, and this (alongside when we were bombed with 1-star reviews in the span of a week??) is detrimental to indie productions who are constantly fighting for new, loyal audiences.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Another issue regarding this title: You might want to add an end year for your series: https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/titles/how-do-i-change-the-end-year-of-a-series/GGLM3TRYVJWDAQNG?ref_=helpsrall#
