Non editable poor quality primary image

The primary image for the following title can't be changed. (The existing primary has been provided by a studio partner and is not editable.)

https://m.imdb.com/title/tt6138228/?ref_=tt_mv_close

The current primary image has a pretty bad quality though and the official, international theatrical posters (including the credit block) are already in the database.

I would ask somebody to change that please :) thank you very much in advance.

Kind regards, Patrick.

Hi @Lostzilla,

Thank you for your report.

This image will remain as the primary poster, as selected by the studio partner. However, we are investigating the quality of the image as it may be that there is some issue with how it is displaying on the site. I have filed a ticket (ref. #D163822649) with the appropriate team to look into this. Any progress on the ticket will be provided as an update to this thread when possible.

I hope this helps!

Hi @Ozzy,

Thank you for your reply.

Isn't it possible that the studio partner made a mistake in that case? The current primary looks like a bad fan art, although there are real and professional theatrical posters (credit block etc) available in the database.

I also suggested some changes in the past where the primary image was selected by a studio partner, but they nevertheless got changed because they didn't meet IMDb's quality standards.

Please consider changing the primary to one of the official, theatrical posters.

Hi @Lostzilla,

We are not inclined to believe the film's distribution company made a mistake. Although there are other posters with credit blocks, the current primary is an official poster. However, as previously mentioned we are investigating why the primary is not displaying as intended per IMDb's quality standards. I will keep this thread updated.

Thanks!
