Nomination assigned to wrong person.

Two of my nominations are linked to another person with a similar name. I'm unable to correct it so that it's correctly listed on on my profile. Anyone else running into this issue or know how to fix it?

My win for:

is showing up correctly on my page but not the nominations. I think it's because on the nominations my name doesn't include my middle initial "J'. Perhaps that's why the nominations were added to the wrong Sarah?

Please advise.
