No clear way to post a review of an entire season... or is there?

Hello. I posted a review for Season 5 of THE CROWN. It was approved and uploaded. After I finished Season 6, I decided to post a review for that Season. For reasons that remain unclear, my old Season 5 review popped up in the reviewing box. I didn't think anything of it, wrote my review for Season 6, then sent it in. 

What the situation is now is unclear to me. It seems that my Season 5 review has been replaced with my Season 6 review; that was not my goal. It was "approved." I want to post a separate review for both. Now I can find neither of the reviews. 

Can someone advise the best way to post a review for a season? Do I choose the final episode of the season to make a comment? 

This is the #240113-112141-916804 I received. Please let me know how to proceed.
