No aggregated rating

All the episodes of my show got an aggregated rating after 5 votes, which is the minimum according to the IMDb help. However, the show itself has 5 votes and no rating. Can a show not have less votes than the episodes or is this just a glitch?

Which title (url preferred)?

I've never seen IMDb display a number of votes without the average rating.

@bderoes I only know that it has 5 votes because I've seen all 5 people vote on it. The title is "The War Against Joy". All 6 episodes have a rating, but the show itself doesn't.

Votes are not aggregated immediately.

It takes 24 hours or so.

@bderoes Thanks for answering; while votes are still not aggregated immediately, for many years, we have been doing multiple vote builds per day (usually between 4 and 6 builds) so it should never take as long as 24 hours for aggregated ratings to be recalculated.

@StevenCressler If you are referring to The War Against Joy then please confirm the voters have also voted for the title itself from the main series page -> https://www.imdb.com/title/tt25757682/

It is not sufficient to vote for the individual episodes and this is the likely confusion here.

For more information on IMDb ratings, please see https://help.imdb.com/article/imdb/track-movies-tv/ratings-faq/G67Y87TFYYP6TWAV

Hope this helps.

@Col_Needham I know they have and it has been several days. I can check in a little, but they said that voted on the main page. That's why I'm confused.

@StevenCressler If we are not displaying an aggregate rating then it means we have not received the required 5 votes, sorry. If you know the voters concerned, perhaps ask them to send you a screen-grab of the top of https://www.imdb.com/title/tt25757682/ which should show their rating instead of the default unvoted state here:

If there's a rating in each case, have them delete the vote (by clicking their vote and then clicking "Remove rating" in the pop-up) and then rate it again.

Hope this helps.
