Nightmare Navigating System
Having an account and profile is now worthless. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT POSSIBLE! I have three different accounts, and must have updated my email in ONE of them. So it is even more of a nightmare navigating the system now. I DO NOT WANT A PRO ACCOUNT AT THIS TIME. I do not want to lose the credits which are spread out over the three free accounts. Logging in is an absolute nightmare. Is there ANYWAY AT ALL OF CONTACTING A HUMAN BEING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE?
