Newer credits missing again

As an industry pro, I wasted time uploading three newer credits for 2025, including the production dates and releases. And they were showing on my actor profile a week ago. I click into my actor profile to add a few new awards, and those three credits have disappeared, nowhere found, when they should be at the top for 2025. This is a recurring problem that others have complained about. And it's just gotten out of hand and completely fed up. I realize there are actual humans behind the board here, trying to work on things and update things etc etc etc. But it's still darn Fed Up nerving when we're paying monthly for this "service" we're not always entirely getting. Unless it's just a common hiccup because maybe IMDb does undisclosed maintenance they never announced, which very well may exactly be the case. But it would be nice if it was a little more transparent, because it's so darned frustrating that we take the time to update credits, and they disappear and reappear off the page for no explained reason. Especially when an agent brings it to attention! Thanks for reading my rant. Cheers

I don't know what the dealio is going on, but a new film credit that was published released for June was on my actor page a week ago, the release date updated. And suddenly it is nowhere to be found. Here's the IMDb confirm #250510-191723-788000 thanks for any help! Hello nettiegurl16 Can you post the 18-digits submission reference number for the missing credits or titles? in order to take a look for you. You can find the submission number in your Contribution History page: https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/contribution-information/contribution-history/G2BYV38VYPXM5L4F?ref_=helpart_nav_10# Regarding submission 250510-191723-788000. I can see that the title is live on the site: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt36576711/

Sorry. I somehow keep forgetting that: adding the submission ref number Unfortunately, the message has disappeared from my inbox. But I did recently check my page to see the credit somehow got shoved way to the bottom, with a bunch of question marks??? Which has never happened before. Good gol

@nettiegurl16- If you are referring to this title (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt33857528/), the reason why it is at the bottom is because it does not have a release date yet. A release date will have to be submitted on the online update form for this title so it moves respectiely.

I did physically input the release date, but it did not take from some browser glitch or what. Guess I'll have to re-send. Thanks
