New Title Submission Requirements
Hi IMDB community!
I was wandering if some of you knows if a short film that is publicly available on Vimeo and YouTube but has not been screen anywhere yet is eligible for submission.

Yes it is, see here in our guidelines "Released on video or the web or prints have been made available to the public."
Make sure to send a link to the video so our editors can verify eligibility.
