New title repeatedly rejected

I have tried submitting a new title no less than seven times, each time being rejected due to some conflict with the title resembling an existing title. I always check the box that indicates that this is a new title, and is not an existing title. All of the other IMDB criteria has been met. The new title, "The Heartland Series: Battle of Mossy Creek," resembles an existing title that includes "battle of" and "creek." This makes no sense. This screen shot is what I typically see upon rejection, when I want to resubmit the title. I have established that this is a series, with the run dates, etc., and that this is just one episode. I have submitted another title "The Heartland Series: 13 Halloween Special," which had no problems at all being accepted.

Hello, thanks for your reply. I resubmitted, and left the title as is, as it is the official title created by The Heartland Series producers and directors. It is a completely separate title, which is not an existing title. I would appreciate its acceptance. The Heartland Series spanned from 1984 to 2009, and produced hundreds of episodes through the years. They can be found on DVDs, as well as those that were placed on Youtube by WBIR and Channel 10. This is only one of a great many episodes, but stands alone. Thanks!
