New title not appearing?

I submitted a new TV series page, which was approved within a matter of minutes (around 19 hours ago at the time of writing), but the URL is broken. I've tried changing the last digit of the URL to see if the same problem is affecting any other titles that would have been approved around the same time, but none of those are working either. I had assumed it would fix itself eventually, but 19 hours seems like rather a long time!
