I submitted a request on 10/1 that had a processing date of 10/2 but is still pending. Could I have an update on if it is approved or what additional info is needed to be approved?

Thank you for posting the submission reference number! Further reviewing, I can see the title was already approved but there seemed to be a setback which was not updating on the site.
I have just fixed this and the title is now live: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt38576240/. Information that has been submitted and already approved will shortly appear on the title.
