New Poster

I submitted a new poster. It was approved and processed but it has not replaced the old poster.  I can't get the new Poster in the gallery to replace the old version.  The "Refine All Photos" page does not show up on IMDb Pro.  Any ideas to replace primary poster? It has worked before, but not now.
