In Progress

New Plot Entries Disappeared From the Series Main Index

Hi,

I am gradually adding plots for an old UK TV series Old Country However, the plots that I recently added for series 2 have dissappeared from the series index page here (so far I've only added the first 5 programs).  They are still visable on the individual episode page, so they are still there, see here for an example.

Can this be looked into please.

Thanks

Don

That's very interesting, thank you.  So it looks like they are visible to some..... I still can't see them.

@don_30lej8zccspy3 Thanks for reporting. Please could you try the steps in https://help.imdb.com/article/imdb/common-issues/why-is-imdb-displaying-differently-on-my-browser/GF2ZAR69V859XLHF and let us know what happens?

@Col_Needham Thank you for you help.  I checked using a different browser & found that the page displayed correctly.  I then went to the Mozilla website & found that an update was available for Firefox & installed it.  Everything is working perfectly again now.

Thank you for taking the time to help.

@Col_Needham Sorry, I'm back again.

Almost an hour after my last update here, & the plots are not showing again & now the images that I uploaded this morning to the episode S2, E1 are not visible either....

They are showing on Chrome, but not Firefox (which is now up to date).

Thanks

Don

@don_30lej8zccspy3 What happens if you hold down the SHIFT key and hit the reload button on your browser (assuming you are on a Windows system)? This should force a reload of the page and override any local caching.

Yes I'm on Windows.  Didn't make any difference at first. Tried it a couple of times & now the plots are showing & also the images.  The only thing not showing now is the correct image for the top left of the page for the episode (not sure what the name of this image would be) on either Firefox or Chrome...

But it is showing on the series index page...

@don_30lej8zccspy3 Thanks, this is helpful.  The software team have now been able to replicate the issue here too and they are investigating.  The tracking ticket reference for this is #D387615296.

Someting weird is deffinitely happening as the plots on the index page are coming & going on both Chrome & Firefox.  At times they are there, other times they are gone. Surely it can't be my machine if it's happening on both browsers?
