New Bug: Contributions saying APPROVED but nothing happens

Thank you.  I wonder if it may have been a problem just with that particular title, as the same thing happened with the John Shea credited there.  It also rejected my simply adding "Self" to some of the names!

@Vande​ It could be, post any submission reference for that title you had issues with here :) I'll take a look

@Bethanny​ the John Shea name merge has gone through now.  I originally just moved the credit, but since that whole submission #221111-170649-850000 didn't work, I tried the merge (which also came up Approved before it was).

Edit to say:  I think this was actually the opposite issue - saying Rejected when it was actually Approved, as all those things seem to have gone through now, even the moving of Jon Miller from a long dead unrelated British guy!
