Netflix' Roman Empire entry needs adjustment

Hi -

I produced and directed Season 2 of Netflix' Roman Empire, called Roman Empire: Julius Caesar, Master of Rome.

Currently, the title of the main entry for the series is Roman Empire: Reign of Blood, which was the specific name of Season 1.

Can the correct series name to just Roman Empire?

Thank you!

Hi

Please pass on to John (J) that his 'Master of Rome' docu-drama was irresponsibly written and presented. I assume John doesn't read any history and didn't consult any of the prestigious historians whose words were taken out of context.

It's easier to describe what was accurate than what was not. Caesar, Pompeii and Crassus were contemporaries in the late Roman republic, Caesar did fight successfully in Gaul, and he was assassinated on the senate floor. Otherwise, every sentence Sean Bean read is at least 95% inaccurate in substance and context. It would be a challenge to demonstrate greater ignorance or apathy.

Some people suggested that history was rewritten for entertainment value. But HBO's Rome took some liberties while remaining at least 80% accurate to the history and was highly Entertaining.

Considering the title was John's biggest concern, Joon comes across as ignorant of both history and entertainment. On the bright side, John's workis a testament to life in the USA. Here, producers and writers devoid of talent and work ethic can get work with Netflix. It's amazing how many movies and tv dramas have touched on Caesar's life while remaining fairly accurate and compelling. I'm excited because if I have dumb children, I can feel comfortable knowing they will have plenty of opportunities in entertainment.
