Neighbours from Hell (2003) Crazy Credits

In #240712-183913-645000 two items bounced as "Does not meet contribution guidelines" despite being "Crazy Credits" items which have slim to none contribution guidelines and rely heavily on case-to-case explanations (or lack thereof).

End credits say Fonts and credits their name, explaining their job would not qualify as a crazy credit, please elaborate if you consider otherwise so we can re-evaluate.

@Bethanny I have found these credits curious and unusual enough, but I'm okay if they're not eligible, as long as there's official explanation.

What about the "additional testing" credit?

@MykolaYeriomin Hi! Sorry I missed that one, that is already listed as a regular credit too, it is not eligible for crazy credits. Normal credit information such as company names is not eligible for crazy credits.
