Need to delete an image

If the image you are trying to delete is on your claimed IMDb page, you can delete it by following the instructions in our Help guide. Please ensure you are viewing your IMDb page via pro.imdb.com or the IMDbPro mobile app to do this.

Yes, we did follow those guidelines.

It's an image that doesn't have a delete option, so we had to report it.

We first reported as a poor duplicate and our submission was rejected.

We then reported it by removing its tag and it was rejected again.

And we did all this through our IMDB pro page.
