Need staff help/advice with a few small issues.

First off, a handful of merges/deletions I need to post.

This page was created by an uncredited actor adding himself to the show 'Longmire' but not knowing what he was doing added the shows title as his name in the additional crew section. Page can be deleted.

Also a query

I recently watched the latest 6 ep season of a well known British TV series and added/corrected some data on each episodes page, no problems except on the first 4 episodes I added the 'UK' as the country of origin and after a pending period they all were declined, something I've never seen happen to myself.

I thought it was odd, as despite it being a famous British show I also explained this in the explanation box on one. So I looked at the pages and saw only one of the 3 production companies was listed on IMDB for the episodes, one that is listed as being from the US on IMDb but operates out of a London office, so I added the 2 British production companies to all 6 episodes and added the UK to the 2 final episodes and this time they were approved. So did this small thing affect the outcome of them being approved? If I go back and try add the first 4 will they easily be approved now? Is this how the mechanics of the site work or was it data editor error?

Also one other issue, I added a still frame that had a collage effect, and tagged with 3 names, 1 was declined under 'does not meet contribution guidelines' which I understand why that happens so I messaged in to the contact page as I've done in similar situations to quickly explain it was a legit still frame and not an image fabricated by myself against site rules, and a staff member 'Luis I' told me he'd approved it in an email dated 21/01/2023 0:10 GMT  but it's been well over 2 days and still no sign of the name tag on the image, so if you could look into again, here's the number.  230119-023421-396802
