Need staff help on a few items.

A few declined items I need advice or a push through on.

1) Uploaded about 50 images, one was declined as badly formatted but there's no issue with it far as I can see, same format/quality as the rest of the batch.

#230405-073803-257402

2) The first episode of a season had loads of credits on the first episode added early without character names, I submitted deletions with proof and all but one was deleted, actress in question does not appear or be credited in the season until Episode 4.

#230405-092606-898000

3) A season of animation had production babies listed on every episode of the 3rd season, so I added this to the crazy credit section (as I assume is still the right way to add these things) on all 11 episodes. All 11 were declined as 'does not meet contribution guidelines', not sure what I did wrong here so let me know.

Is it because I wrote 'Production Babies' hit return, followed by each name, hitting return after each one like how I listed the numbers above and the system can't recognise the new lines or should I have bulletpointed them?

Thanks for any help.

Hi VonPunk-

Thank you for posting the submission reference numbers! I have reviewed both submissions and for:

1) I can see the image was approved but the image title link was not, however, it was fine to approve. It has now been added and the changes are live on the site already for "Die Hart" (2020) {The Legend of Stromberg (#2.3)}.

2) The credit removal has been reviewed again with the supporting evidence provided and it has been approved now. The changes are already live on the site as well.

Cheers!

Thank you very much @Maya for sorting these out for me, and to @mbmb for the helpful advice. :)

I think adding each name in a new line would make the item unnecessarily long. This was a production babies credit I added: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1979376/crazycredits?item=cz0066035

I added it like that after checking some other examples:

@mbmb There was only 3 full names, I just replicated them exactly as they appeared on screen so it wouldn't have been too long but you are probably right, if a staff member can confirm it first (so I don't get 11 more declines), I'll try adding them the way you showed me. Thank you for the advice. I'm glad no babies were listed in any other season of it haha.

@mbmb I decided to try one how you advised, approved right away, so added the other 10 and all done, thanks again.

Still I think there was also some failing on IMDb's part here, I knew where these type credits should go and I checked the guidelines as I don't recall ever adding any production baby credits before and there is no advice on format style at all (I should've done what you did previously and look for other examples but never thought to sadly), also the decline's should have said 'badly formatted' rather than 'doesn't meet contribution guidelines' and refer me to guidelines that added nothing new to what I knew, then I might have had a better clue to what went wrong. Ah well, I learned something new so that's always a plus and maybe IMDb could add a visual example to the guidelines as to the format for this.
