Need help getting credits approved.

Hello, I submitted paystubs for about 5 shows I worked on that list what I did. Only one show was approved and the rest denied.

Why would only one show get approved based on the same kind of proof? Another one of these was updated after including a screenshot a second time, are there documents I'm missing? I would love to update my credits.
