Need help deleting my creator credit from Series page

I'm one of the creators of this TV series. My writing partner M. Burak Unal and I (M. Akif Malatyali) are listed as creators on the episode level. Unfortunately only I show as the creator on the series title level. I had previously added both our names as creators on the series level, but only mine was approved. I submitted WGA copyright filing under M. Burak Unal's name as proof of his creator status, but it was declined with no explanation. I was also informed that it creator credits should be better added on episode level instead of the series level, so I tried on two separate tickets to delete myself as a creator from the series level so that it would be according to regulations and the series level would hopefully be populated from the creator credits from the episode level, but that deletion was also denied (221224-224422-704000). I also have scorecard access to this title under the production company of Berk Productions. Trying to make the changes through that portal did not give results as well.

We have been going back and forth with IMDb support to no avail for weeks. We both are are credited as creators on the pilot episode. I would like that to be reflected on the series title page as well. As I've run out of different options to try I hoped this forum would help resolve the issue.

I would really appreciate of we could sort this issue out.
