Need help changing an incorrect listing..

Hello imdb community, There's a problem on the page containing my imdb information (the id is 2508622); I recently noticed a credit which was previously listed correctly under 'Actor', was moved into a new section titled 'Self'. This credit is now incorrect.

I have submitted a number of requests to have imdb revert to its correct location in the 'Actor' credits list, and each request has either been declined or approved without actually changing anything.

In my most recent request to correct this credit, I've sent images proving I am who I claim to be, with clear instructions delineating why this credit is incorrect; each request seems to have fallen on deaf ears. Approvers on the other end are either failing to read the messages I'm sending or they're refusing to address this problem because I've not requested the contribution correctly.

Please help. Can someone explain to me how to change/remove this 'Self' section and restore the credit to its correct location under 'Actor'? Alternatively anyone in the imdb contributor admin community who is reading this, please help. Thanks.
