Need help adding an actor to a film

I have tried multiple times to add actor Don Johnson (LV) https://www.imdb.com/name/nm11080122/ to the film Shin Godzilla of which he appeared in as the character U.S. Scientist Richter. I gave a list of website links which list his credit in the film and character name. Each time my entries are denied with the reason that it can't be verified. There's even a pic of him in the image gallery for Shin Godzilla on IMDb with his name tagged to it. I also have a screen shot from the end credits with his name visible but don't know where to post it for proof.
