Need an image approving

Hi

Uploaded a batch of images from an episode yesterday, one got stuck in pending which is unusual on this show but it ended up declined today with the reason being:

Reason: Customized Image

We believe your image contains overlaid controls or icons and is therefore an unoriginal, customized image.

I can assure you that it is an straight stillframe with nothing edited or altered, the episode is widely available and the shot is at 39m37s if you need further proof, then can you push it through for me please, sub number is: #230608-015304-167102

It was actually a confusion I talked directly to the editor, Image is now approved and will be live on the site shortly.

@Bethanny Excellent, thank you very much. I can sort of see why confusion may happen, both it and it's originating series have some shots that just look odd to someone that may not know these shows and I'm surprised I've not had more issues so you're doing good over there in this regard and I'm sort of happy someone is looking out for manipulated images to stop them. Thanks again.

I swear it's not customized in any way and if you want to check it out, the episode is widely available on Amazon Video & Discovery+ and the timestamp is 36m32s.

A similar issue here @Bethanny

Adding images of CCTV footage of important parts of crime shows, now is flagged and declined by editors as 'poor quality', I get why it happens now, as mass adding of garbage images via bots has tightened controls, but some shows are all about CCTV stuff.

The images are taken from an HD source even if the footage they are of is not, it's an important but non spoiler part of the show. I'd appreciate a 2nd look and maybe informing editors about this type of show where these are legit shots and not someone making poor images, they are as good as they get sometimes even enhanced by the show makers to be even better on the air.

@Bethanny Aye I get it, these images I made circa Apr 2021 i am clearing my backlog too so might not be many more like it but I did do 5 CCTV images, 2 went right up and these 3 went into pending and I knew straight away I'd need this thread haha, unless you know the deal, they ain't getting in.

But whatever you did last time for the "manipulated images' that the thread was started for was smoothed over, that stuff still gets stuck in pending but gets approved pretty much everytime since you helped out, so hopefully this knowledge will smooth things for this series in future but I know you've got my back if an issue arises, so thank you for that, and now my image backlog is finally clear. Have an awesome week.
