Need a Fan Film Title removed because of Cease & Desist from company

I doubt if IMDb will remove the information if the short has already been shown, as (I believe) the Cease and Desist order does not apply. If there was a copy of the video being hosted on IMDb, then they would need to remove that, but IMDb is primarily a list of credits for films, and there is no law that prevents recording the details of a film that has been suppressed for some reason.

A parallel case would be the early porn films of Traci Lords. These have all be removed from sale as she was underage when she acted in them, but they are still listed on IMDb.

Thanks for that answer, the only information on it now is just the TItle, I guess that is ok. Not my problem.
