Name shows up when editing, but does not appear on public credits list.

Name appeared in credits before movie came out. Was changed to (uncredited) after movie came out. Name no longer appears in public credits list. Thought it might have gotten deleted, not the case. When I go to add name, it already appears in list of cast in the Edit Cast section, however it is not on the public list of cast.  

How come this disconnect?

How to get name to appear back on public list? Have multiple sources of proof that the person was in movie.
