Name merge help

I have had several name merge contributions be declined even though I included links verifying the two name pages are for the same person. I'm at a loss as to what to do to convince admins that names should be merged. Here's an example:

221206-093308-706000

I included a link from a Rolling Stone article stating that Todd Ray and T-Ray are the same person. Rolling Stone is a major publication. What more proof is needed?
