Name merge declined

Two productions where I have been credited have created a second, absolutely identical name page for me (why they didn't check the existing listing I simply don't know).

When requesting - as the individual working on all four credited productions - a name merge, it was declined as "Unable to verify."

What more can I do other than explain that all four credits relate to me?
