Name Corrections being declined

I've submitted name corrections for a show. While some go through others don't. I provide same explanations. I can also provide screenshots from the show I am just not sure how to do that on the explanation section.

Hi, Rando. Whenever you want to provide a screenshot as part of an explanation field of the IMDb submission form, it has to come in the form of a public URL to that screenshot. There are numerous websites that provide such a utility. For instance, this very forum allow its members to upload images in the process of creating new message posts. That aside, what are the 18-digit reference numbers of the name corrections you've submitted but which were declined?
