Name correction

My husband’s name is incorrect on the cast and crew for CBS Fire Country. It should read Tom Huska not Tomi Hukka. Please correct this. TIA.

You are welcome to submit this name correction through our online Update form.

In order to do this, you can go to his name page in IMDb and then scroll down on the page to where it says 'Edit page' and click on it. Once it takes you to the contribution form, look for 'Name Updates' and then go to 'Name Correction' where you will choose 'Add correction.' You can scroll down and click on Continue.

Once you fill out the information required, you will be able to submit it and our editors will review it.

@hmhuska When you are submitting a name correction, you can do it directly through the name page of the person. The only option you will see in 'Name correction' is 'Add a correction.' What this will do is that it will send a request to correct the current name instead of deleting it.

As an example, this is how you will see the form:

Under Name, that is where you will type the correct name and you can leave the checked box or uncheck it for preserving the name or not on existing credits. Fill in the rest of the information and click on 'Check these updates' and once box turns green you can click Submit.

After that this request will be send to our editors for review.

Let us know if you are able to submit it and if there is a problem, you can post the link of the name page below so that we can take a look.

A name correction isn't the right thing to do here. It looks like someone chose an existing name that was similar to Tom Huska. I've submitted an edit to delete the erroneous person and create a new name page for "Tom Huska".

@hmhuska Full disclosure. I seem to be the source of the error. I didn't notice that IMDb was suggesting a completely different name than what I entered. Sorry about that.

Thank you adrian for helping out! I can see that the credit is no longer on the other name page and the new/correct name page for Tom Huska is approved and already live on the site.

The credit for CBS Fire Country it's on his name page as well and now, all of his credits can be added to his respective name page.
