Name change
I am trying to update the name for on a profile as it is not the correct name. However it requests proof to be able to make this change, as a URL. Would a link to a googledrive with her passport in be acceptable for this? Is this data kept safe? Is there a better way to provide proof that is safer?

Hi @buddugybyd - To clarify, when submitting a Name Correction we don't require linked evidence, but we do require an Explanation for the change. You will also need to be sure that the name change applies to our primary name criteria as outlined on our Help Guide. You are also welcome to include evidence links within your explanation if you have them to help verify the details, such as social media links showcasing the primary name, official website, agency website, etc. All Explanations and links will be viewed privately by IMDb staff, but the links must be publicly available for our staff to access, so if you have sensitive documents, you wouldn't want to upload that information publicly on the web.
