Name change , merging to maiden name

Hi

My maiden name and credit career is Amy Paskow. However my married name is now Amy Taylor.
I am searching for my credits as Amy Taylor for several shows and films

How can I merge these two names for one career page?

I am also looking for credits for

Tattooist of Auschwitz lead Matte Painter
