NAME CHANGE... HELP, continuous rejection with proof of Artistic Name

For over a week I have been trying to update the name on one of my student's IMdb pages.  I have followed instructions to the T and yet the changes are rejected.

I have successfully updated personal web pages and agent contacts for the actress but the name change (after an erroneous merge) is not being accepted.  This has gone on for over a week and multiple attempts at updating the name.The message in the rejection states:  Please go to your Contribution History, re-load the submission reference and tick the box “provide an explanation to assist in processing this submission” and “check these updates”. The field will become available in the submission form. Please include evidence, or provide a URL which contains supporting evidence within this field.This box does not appear, there is nowhere to tick.Her page is https://pro.imdb.com/name/nm14641263/?ref_=instant_nm_4&q=mercedes%20castro

Her artistic name is Merxe Castro. Not Mercedes Castro Carballal

This is what I wrote as an explanation, the last time I tried to update it:This is the actor's artistic name. So as you can see, there are many cross-references to the name change reflecting credits/representation.

I would love to :  tick the box “provide an explanation to assist in processing this submission” and “check these updates”.

But this option is absent.

Please help me here.  I have been a member for a long time and I feel that I am just in some automated machine
